A picture is worth a thousand words. Day 6 morning weigh in and I lost 3.2 lbs. since yesterday and 5.6 pounds overall. I could not believe my eyes this morning! Here is a log of my day yesterday:
I knew that eating simple carbs and sugar and the extra weight they caused, at the very least, were contributing to my mobility issues. I also knew the longer I let it go, the harder it would be to change.
